Who we are

This website is run by Drones Inbound LLC, a commercial drone services company headquartered in Northwest Arkansas. Questions about this policy go to info@dronesinbound.com or 888.901.5150.

Information you send us

When you use the quote form we receive what you type into it: your name, company, email address, phone number, site location, the service you are asking about and any project details. When you subscribe to Drone News updates we receive your email address. We use this information to answer your request, prepare a quote, deliver the work you hire us for and, for subscribers, send the updates you asked for. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.

Analytics

We use two analytics tools to understand which pages are useful and how visitors find the site:

• Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our own server. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data; it counts page views, referrers, browser type and country.
• Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC. It sets first-party cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example email delivery and website hosting), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and project correspondence are kept as business records for as long as they are useful for the job and our legal, tax and insurance obligations. Subscriber addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@dronesinbound.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Aerial imagery

Imagery and data we capture for a client belong to that project and are handled under the client's agreement. We fly under FAA Part 107 and do not use client data for any other purpose.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
